Located along one of the building mass slots, the oral surgery hallway features exposed structure and is washed in daylight through regularly spaced skylights.
The surgical suite, or major procedure room, is configured for a wide range of major surgical procedures and is complimented with an adjacent nurse's station and 2 patient recovery rooms.

The building exterior is composed of manganese iron spot brick, a fiber cement panel rain screen system, horizontally-oriented Ipe slats, and an Ipe soffit.
The plan is configured to allow for shared services between the practices while allowing each to maintain their respective functions.
